Behavioural Based Training

We deliver behavioural based training with the focus on why is it we do what we do (or don’t do) to keep ourselves and our team mates safe.
Establishing the foundation of a successful project begins with the projects values and setting the standard of the behaviours needed to reflect these values. Using a model for lasting change we assist organisations to implement change.
We are NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) trained and understand that behavioural change is based on our values and beliefs – what drives people to make the decisions/choices that they make? Their VALUES – simply put, whats important to them.
When we uncover what is important to us as an individual and as a project, we can make decisions and act in accordance to our values.
Communication for Leaders

The old days of ruling your team with an iron fist has long gone. Effective leaders are leaders who can communicate with their teams.
Our thinking preferences impact our communication and leadership style. To open up lines of communication across all departments and improve communication skills we use HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) and Whole Brain Technology.
So by understanding our own personal thinking preferences it enables us to adapt our decision making, communication and leadership style to any given situation. It explains why it is easier to communicate with some people then it is with others.
